By accessing or using Jaevia, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

2. Legal Status & Nature of Services

• Technology Platform: Jaevia is a technology platform operated by Jaevia Ltd. Jaevia is not a bank, credit institution, or licensed Electronic Money Institution (EMI).
• Regulated Partners: All financial services—including e-money accounts, UK/EU IBAN provision, fund safeguarding, currency exchange, and payment execution—are provided exclusively by our licensed and regulated financial partners (including authorized EMIs and banking partners).
• Partner Terms: By opening an account through Jaevia, you also agree to be bound by the relevant Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policies, and Fee Schedules of our regulated infrastructure partners.

3. Account Opening & Eligibility

• Business Use Only: Jaevia’s services are strictly intended for commercial, B2B, and corporate use.
• Verification (KYC/KYB): Access to financial features is subject to successful identity verification, business checks, and compliance screening conducted in partnership with our licensed partners. We reserve the right to decline applications or terminate access if requirements are not met.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated business and personal information at all times.

4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform for:

• Any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
• Activities that violate Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF), or international sanctions regulations.
• Attempting to breach, reverse-engineer, or compromise the security and integrity of the Jaevia Platform or partner systems.

5. Fees & Pricing

Fees for Platform usage, international transfers, and account maintenance are detailed on our Pricing Page or set out in your individual service agreement.

• All applicable fees are displayed transparently before transaction execution.
