2. Provider of Regulated Financial Services

All payment services, account issuance, currency exchange, and fund management services accessible via the Jaevia platform (including via bank.jaevia.co) are provided directly by our authorized financial partner, Gemba Finance Ltd.

• Entity Details: Gemba Finance Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 11040011, with its registered office at Level 39, One Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London, England, E14 5AB.
• Regulatory Authorization: Gemba Finance Ltd is authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as an Authorised Payment Institution under the Payment Services Regulations 2017 (FCA Registration / Firm Reference details available on the official FCA Register).
• Payment Rails: Payment execution via Faster Payments (FPS), CHAPS, and Bacs within the UK, as well as cross-border transactions, are powered and processed under Gemba Finance Ltd's regulatory authorizations.

3. Protection and Safeguarding of Client Funds

Client funds accessible through your Jaevia account are never held on Jaevia Limited’s balance sheet.

In accordance with statutory regulatory obligations (including the UK Payment Services Regulations 2017):

• Segregation: All customer funds are held in dedicated, segregated safeguarded accounts with top-tier regulated credit institutions.
• Insolvency Protection: Safeguarded funds are strictly separated from operational funds. In the unlikely event of insolvency, client funds are protected against third-party creditor claims and will be returned to account holders.

4. Jurisdiction & Compliance Statement

Jaevia Limited complies with applicable data protection legislation (including the General Data Protection Regulation / GDPR) and maintains strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF), and Know Your Customer (KYC/KYB) compliance frameworks in coordination with its regulated partners.
